No Physical Shipping
We do not ship physical goods. Memberships, venue bookings, event registrations, and payment receipts are delivered digitally through the portal, email, SMS, or user dashboard where available.
Digital Delivery Timeline
After successful payment or admin approval, booking confirmation is usually generated immediately or within 1 working day depending on the service and verification requirements.
Access to Services
Users can access booked services on the scheduled date and time at the sports complex or listed venue. Users may need to show booking details, payment confirmation, or identity proof at entry.
