Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellation and refund handling for memberships, venue bookings, and event registrations.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation eligibility depends on the service type, booking status, event rules, venue rules, and administrative approval. Users should raise cancellation requests before the scheduled service date whenever possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved for duplicate payments, failed service delivery, eligible cancellations, or administrative rejection of a paid booking. Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or used service periods may be non-refundable where applicable.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 to 10 working days. The final credit timeline may depend on the bank, card network, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

No Refund Cases

No refund may be provided for completed services, no-shows, violation of sports complex rules, incorrect details submitted by the user, or cancellations made after the permitted window.

For refund support, email support@sportscomplex.in with your booking number, payment number, registered mobile number, and reason for refund.
